  "text": "High-performance aircraft (HPA) in the weight category up to 5 700 kg are those aeroplanes that have an Mmo greater than 0,6 and/or a maximum operating altitude above 25 000 ft. They shall be charged one category above the category determined by their MTOW, but not exceeding the category ‘over 5 700 kg up to 22 000 kg’.",
