Article 14 General provisions as regards payment of charges

The amount of the charges levied by the Agency in accordance with Part II of the Annex shall be invoiced at the applicable hourly rate.

Charges for the provision of training services including in respect of travel expenses, shall be levied in accordance with Part IIa of the Annex.
