  "text": "1. The Agency shall provide the Commission, the Management Board and the Stakeholder Advisory Body established in accordance with Article 98(4) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 annually with information on the components serving as a basis for determining the amount of the fees. That information shall notably consist in a cost breakdown related to previous and next years.\n2. The Agency shall evaluate periodically the Annex with a view to verifying whether significant information related to the underlying assumptions for the Agency’s anticipated revenue and expenditure is duly reflected in the amounts of fees or charges levied by the Agency.\n3. This Regulation shall be revised when necessary, in particular taking into account the revenue of the Agency and its related costs.\n4. The Agency shall consult the Stakeholder Advisory Body referred to in paragraph 1 in accordance with Article 126(4) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 before giving its opinion and shall explain the reasons for any proposed change.",
