(1.) In United Kingdom waters of ICES Subarea 5b and in ... waters of ICES Subareas 6 and 7 that are not within Union waters, the landing obligation provided for in Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 shall apply in demersal fisheries in accordance with this Regulation ....
(2.) In this Regulation, “United Kingdom waters” and “Union waters” have the meanings given in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013.
