  "text": "Each ‘EC’ declaration of conformity or suitability for use of interoperability constituent and ‘EC’ declaration of verification of subsystem shall receive an alphanumeric code consisting of 2 letters and 24 digits with the following structure:\nCC\nRRRRRRRRRRRRRR\nYYYY\nNNNNNN\nCountry code\n(two letters)\nNational registration number of the applicant\n(fourteen digits)\nYear\n(four digits)\nCounter\n(six digits)\nField 1\nField 2\nField 3\nField 4",
