Article 10 Declaration of conformity to an authorised vehicle type

1.

An applicant shall establish a declaration of conformity to an authorised vehicle type in accordance with the model structure set out in Annex VI.

2.

A declaration of conformity to an authorised vehicle type shall be written in one of the official languages of the Union and it shall be in the same language as its accompanying documents.
