Article 3 ‘EC’ declaration of conformity or ‘EC’ declaration of suitability for use

The manufacturer or its authorised representative shall establish ‘EC’ declaration of conformity of interoperability constituent or ‘EC’ declaration of suitability for use of interoperability constituent in accordance with the template set out in Annex I.

An ‘EC’ declaration of conformity or ‘EC’ declaration of suitability for use shall be written in one of the official languages of the Union and it shall be in the same language as its accompanying documents.
