  "text": "Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2272 is amended as follows:\n(1) Article 1(2) is replaced by the following:\n‘2. The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the products described in paragraph 1, and manufactured by the companies listed below shall be as follows:\nCompany\nAD duty rate (%)\nTARIC additional code\nShandong Luxing Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, Qingzhou City, the PRC\n17,7\nA949\nOther cooperating companies listed in the Annex\n27,2\nA950\nAll other companies\n39,2\nA999\nFor products described in paragraph 1 and manufactured by Hubei Xinyegang Steel Co., Ltd, no anti-dumping duty shall apply.
