  "text": "Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/207 is amended as follows:\n(1) point A.8 is replaced by the following:\n‘\nA.8.\nType of JAP\n( ) Normal ( ) YEI ( ) First JAP under IGJ (*)\n( ) First JAP under ETC (**)\n[one possibility only]; <type=’C’ input=’M’>\n(*)\nFirst joint action plan submitted by the Member State under the Investment for growth and jobs goal in accordance with Article 104(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council\n(**)\nFirst joint action plan submitted by the Member State under the European Territorial Cooperation goal, in accordance with Article 104(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council’;\n(2) the title of part C is replaced by the following:\n‘C.\nOBJECTIVES OF THE JAP’;\n(3) point C.1 is replaced by the following:\n‘C.1.\nPlease describe the objectives of the JAP and how it contributes to the objectives of the programme or to the relevant country-specific recommendations and the broad guidelines of the economic policies of the Member States and of the Union under Article 121(2) TFEU and the relevant Council recommendations under Article 148(4) TFEU which Member States are to take into account in their employment policies.\n<type=’S’ maxlength=’17500’ input=’M’>’\n(4) point C.2 is replaced by the following:\n‘C.2.\nOn the basis of the information provided in C.1, please set out the JAP objectives\nNumber\nCode\nObjective\nJAP objective 1 <type=’S’ input=’S’>\n<type=’N’ input=’M’>\n<type=’S’ maxlength=’500’ input=’M’>\nJAP objective 2\n…\n’\n(5) point C.3 is deleted;\n(6) the title of part D is replaced by the following:\n‘D.\nDESCRIPTION OF THE JAP’;\n(7) in point D.1.1 the text in the third column of the first row of the table is replaced by the following:\n‘JAP objective(s) to which it contributes’;\n(8) the title of point D.1.2 is replaced by the following:\n‘D.1.2.\nHow will the projects contribute to achieving the JAP objectives? Please justify.’;\n(9) the title of point D.1.3 is replaced by the following:\n‘D.1.3.\nWhat are the milestones, where relevant, and targets for outputs and results of these projects?’;\n(10) in point D.1.3, the text in the second column of the second row of the table is replaced by ‘the JAP indicator’;\n(11) point D.3 is deleted;\n(12) the text between points F and F1 is deleted;\n(13) in point F.1 the text in the second column is replaced by the following:\n‘(Please specify the starting date of implementation)’;\n(14) the title of part G is replaced by the following:\n‘G.\nContribution of the JAP to horizontal principles’;\n(15) between points G and G.1, the following text is inserted:\n‘ Please confirm and explain how the JAP contributes to horizontal principles as set out in the relevant programme or Partnership Agreement ’;\n(16) point G.1 is replaced by the following:\n‘G.1.\nThe promotion of equality between men and women\n<type=’S’ maxlength=’3500’ input=’M’>’\n(17) point G.3 is replaced by the following:\n‘G.3.\nThe promotion of sustainable development\n<type=’S’ maxlength=’3500’ input=’M’>’\n(18) point H.1.2 is replaced by the following:\n‘H.1.2.\nPlease provide information on the selection of the joint action plan in accordance with Article 125(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013.’;\n(19) points H.1.2.1 and H.1.2.2 are deleted;\n(20) point H.4. is deleted;\n(21) point I.1 is replaced by the following:\n‘I.1.\nCosts of achieving milestones, and targets for outputs and results (please also complete the appendix on indicators).\nPlease fill out the following tables with the indicators to be used for the financial management of the JAP, where relevant broken down by priority axis, Fund and category of region.’;\n(22) point I.2 is deleted.",
