  "text": "Annexes I, IV and IX to Directive 2007/46/EC are amended as follows:\n(1) Annex I is amended as follows:\n(a) point 3.5.7 is replaced by the following:\n‘3.5.7.\nManufacturer's declared values’;\n(b) the following points 3.5.9 and 3.5.9.1 are inserted:\n3.5.9 ‘CO2 emissions and fuel consumption certification (for heavy-duty vehicles, as specified in Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2400)\n3.5.9.1 Simulation tool licence number:’;\n(2) in Annex IV, Part I, explanatory note 16 is replaced by the following:\n‘(16)\nFor vehicles with a technically permissible maximum laden mass exceeding 7 500 kg’;\n(3) Annex IX is amended as follows:\n(a) in Part I, Models A1 and B, SIDE 2, VEHICLE CATEGORY N2 (complete and completed vehicles), is amended as follows:\n(i) point 49 is replaced by the following:\n‘49.\nCO2 emissions/fuel consumption/electric energy consumption (m) (r):’;\n(ii) the following points 49.1 to 49.6 are inserted:\n49.1 ‘Cryptographic hash of the manufacturer's records file drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Part I of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2017/2400: …\n49.2 Zero emission heavy-duty vehicle as defined in Regulation (EU) 2017/2400: yes/no (1), (t)\n49.3 Vocational vehicle as defined in Regulation (EU) 2017/2400: (yes/no) (1), (u)\n49.4 Cryptographic hash of the customer information file drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Part II of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2017/2400: … (u)\n49.5 Specific CO2 emissions as indicated in point 2.3 of the customer information file drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Part II of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2017/2400: … gCO2/tkm\n49.6 Average payload value as indicated in point 2.4 of the customer information file drawn up in accordance with the model set
