  "text": "This Annex lays down methods for determining data required for reporting the data listed in Annex IV at installation level, as well as rules for attribution of these data to sub-installations, with the exception of data monitored in accordance with a monitoring plan approved by the regulator pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 601/2012 or the Monitoring and Reporting Regulation 2018. Data determined in accordance with either Regulation shall be used under this Regulation where relevant.",
