  "heading": "Internal users of the register",
  "text": "1. For the purposes of this Regulation, a member of the staff of a competent authority who is responsible for manually inserting and modifying information in the electronic central register of the European Banking Authority (EBA) (the ‘electronic central register’) shall be an internal user.\n2. Each competent authority shall appoint at least two members of its staff as internal users.\n3. Competent authorities shall notify EBA of the identity of the persons referred to in paragraph 2.",
