  "text": "This Regulation shall apply from the day following that of which the Treaties cease to apply to and in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland pursuant to Article 50(3) of the Treaty on European Union, subject to any possible withdrawal agreement concluded in accordance with Article 50(2) of the Treaty on European Union.",
