  "heading": "Conformity assessment",
  "text": "1. For the purposes of regulation 4(2)(a) of the 2010 Regulations, the procedure for assessing whether an energy-related product complies with this implementing measure is the internal design control procedure set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1A to those Regulations, or the management system procedure set out in Part 2 of that Schedule.\n2. For the purposes of the conformity assessment pursuant to substitute “regulation 4(2)(a) of the 2010 Regulations, the technical documentation shall contain —\n(a) the information set out in point 3.4 of Annex 2; and\n(b) the details and results of the calculations carried out in accordance with—\n(i) where applicable, point 2 of Annex 2; and\n(ii) Annex 3 (measurements and calculations).",
