For each of the ICES zones referred to in Article 1(1) of this Regulation, a fisheries administration must issue fishing authorisations (which may be contained in a licence granted under section 15 of the Fisheries Act 2020) in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 for United Kingdom fishing vessels which engage in fishing activities in that area.
