  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nPoints (2) to (5), (10), (12) to (16), (18), (26), (28), (29), (31), (37), (38), (40), (42) to (44) and (46) of Article 1, and Articles 2, 3 and 4 shall apply from 28 January 2019.\nPoints (1), (6) to (9), (11), (17), (19) to (25), (27), (30), (32) to (36), (39), (41) and (45) of Article 1 shall apply from 28 January 2022.",
