  "text": "The Annex to Regulation (EU) No 1191/2014 is amended as follows:\n(1) In Section 1, the table is replaced by the following:\n‘\nINFORMATION TO BE REPORTED\nCOMMENTS\n1A\nTotal quantity of production from facilities in the Union\n1Aa\n—\nthereof: Amounts not captured\n1A_a\n—\nthereof: Amounts destroyed\nIf the in-line destruction is carried out by another undertaking, the latter should be specified\nReports from producers which carry out destruction on the total quantities destroyed shall be made in reporting Section 8\nAUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED QUANTITIES\n1Ab\n—\nthereof: Total amount generated and captured\n1Ab = 1A - 1Aa\nINFORMATION TO BE REPORTED\n1B\n—\nthereof: Quantity of production from facilities in the Union consisting of recovered by-production or unwanted products where that by-production or those products have been destroyed in the facilities prior to the placing on the market\nReports from producers which carry out destruction on the total quantities destroyed shall be made in reporting Section 8\n1C\n—\nthereof: Quantity of production from facilities in the Union consisting of recovered by-production or unwanted products where that by-production or those products have been handed over to other undertakings for destruction and had not been placed on the market previously\nThe undertaking carrying out the destruction shall be identified\n1C_a\n—\nthereof: Amounts of hydrofluorocarbons produced for feedstock uses within the Union\nThe Member State where feedstock use will take place shall be indicated\n1C_a1\n—\nthereof: Without prior capture\nOnly to be reported for HFC-23\nAUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED QUANTITIES\n1C_a2\n—\nthereof: After prior capture\n1C_a2 = 1C_a – 1C_a1;\nTo be calculated only for HFC-23\nINFORMATION TO BE REPORTED\n1C_b\n—\nthereof: Amount of hydrofluorocarbons produced for uses within the Union exempted under the Montreal Protocol\nThe type of exempted use shall be specified\nAUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED QUANTITIES\n1D\n—\nthereof: Total quantity of own production captured and destroyed which has not been placed on the market previously\n1D = 1B + 1C\n1E\nProduction available for sale or feedstock use\n1E = 1A – 1D – 1A_a\n’\n(2) In Section 2, in the table, the following row 2F is added:\n‘\n2F\nAmount of hydrofluorocarbons contained in pre-blended polyols\n’\n(3) In Section 3, in the table, the following row 3J is added:\n‘\n3J\nAmount of hydrofluorocarbons contained in pre-blended polyols\n’",
