  "text": "Slaughterhouse staff assisting in the performance of tasks related to official controls and other control activities in accordance with Article 18(3) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 shall be trained to the satisfaction of the competent authorities. They shall also comply with the minimum training requirements set out in Chapter II of Annex II to this Regulation to the extent relevant for their assistance tasks.",
