Consignments of raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen derived from bovine, ovine, caprine, porcine and equine animals intended for human consumption may only be authorised for entry into Great Britain if they come from such territory or part of third countries or regions authorised for the import of consignments of fresh meat of the specific ungulates into Great Britain in accordance with point (a) of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 as the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), may specify in a document published for the purposes of this paragraph.
Consignments of raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen derived from poultry intended for human consumption shall only be authorised for the entry into F2Great Britain if they come from the third countries F3... listed in Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 F4or territories, zones or compartments thereof for which imports of poultry meat of the respective species are authorised as specified F5by the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), under Article 3 of that Regulation in a document published for the purposes of that Article.
Consignments of raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen derived from fishery products intended for human consumption may only be authorised for entry into Great Britain if they come from such territory or part of third countries or regions that are listed in Annex 2 as the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), may specify in a document published for the purposes of this paragraph.
Consignments of raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen derived from leporidae and from wild land mammals others than ungulates intended for human consumption shall only be authorised for the entry into Great Britain if they come from the third countries F7... listed in column 1 of the table in Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 119/2009 F8, or parts thereof specified by the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), under Article 3 of that Regulation in a document published for the purposes of that Article.
