Article 31 Practical arrangements for official controls for Trichinella during post-mortem inspection

Carcases of Suidae, solipeds and other species susceptible to Trichinella shall be examined for Trichinella in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/1375 unless one of the derogations set out in Article 3 of that Regulation applies.

Meat from animals infected with trichinae shall be declared unfit for human consumption.
