# Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2019/629 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 amending Protocol No 3 on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Article 3

The procedure referred to in Article 58a of Protocol No 3 shall not be applicable to appeals of which the Court of Justice is seised on 1 May 2019.
