# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/653 of 24 April 2019 amending Regulation (EC) No 847/2006 as regards the Union tariff quotas for certain prepared or preserved fish, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from the date from which Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/216 applies.
