1. The ... specifications for the register of infrastructure referred to in regulation 35 of the 2011 Regulations shall be those laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.
2. Each owner of infrastructure shall ensure the values of the parameters of its railway network are held in a register which shall comply with the ... specifications of this Regulation.
3. In this Regulation:
(a) “the 2011 Regulations” means the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011;
(b) “IP completion day” has the same meaning as in the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020.
