  "text": "If a national safety authority has knowledge that an entity in charge of maintenance does not comply with the requirements of Annex III of Directive (EU) 2016/798 or with the certification requirements of this Regulation, it shall inform the national bodies or authorities responsible for the accreditation or recognition, the Agency, the certification body and other interested parties as appropriate.",
