  "text": "In Article 36a and Annex 1A any reference to:\na) ‘a type 1 geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 1 of the Types Table;\nb) ‘a type 2A geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 2 of the Types Table to which paragraph 1 or 2 in column 3 of that row applies;\nc) ‘a type 2B geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 2 of the Types Table to which the provisions in column 4 of that row apply;\nd) ‘a type 3A geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 3 of the Types Table to which paragraph 1 or 2 in column 3 of that row applies;\ne) ‘a type 3B geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 3 of the Types Table to which the provisions in column 4 of that row apply;\nf) ‘a type 4A geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 4 of the Types Table to which paragraph 1 or 2 in column 3 of row 3 of that table applies;\n(g) ‘a type 4B geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 4 of the Types Table to which the provisions in column 4 of row 3 of that table apply;\nh) ‘a type 5A geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 5 of the Types Table to which paragraph 1 or 2 in column 3 of row 3 of that table applies;\ni) ‘a type 5B geographical indication’ means a geographical indication of the type described in column 2 of row 5 of the Types Table to which the provisions in column 4 of row 3 of that table apply.",
