  "text": "The identity confirmation file shall contain the following data:\n(a) the links referred to in Articles 30 to 33;\n(b) a reference to the EU information systems in which the linked data are held;\n(c) a single identification number allowing retrieval of the linked data from the corresponding EU information systems;\n(d) the authority responsible for the manual verification of different identities;\n(e) the date of creation of the link or of any update to it.",
