# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/838 of 20 February 2019 on technical specifications for vessel tracking and tracing systems and repealing Regulation (EC) No 415/2007, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 13 June 2020.
