Article 60 Adoption of the PPP body's financial rules

Without prejudice to paragraph 2, each PPP body referred to in Article 71 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 shall adopt new financial rules within nine months of the date on which the PPP body falls within the scope of Article 71 of that Regulation.

Each PPP body referred to in Article 71 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 which has already adopted its financial rules in accordance with Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 shall revise them to ensure compliance with this Regulation. The revised financial rules shall enter into force at the latest by 1 September 2019.
