  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from this date. However, Articles 23 and 33(4) shall apply from 1 January 2020, with the exception of Article 33(4)c), which shall apply from 1 January 2021.",
