# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems, Division 7: Each approved body shall inform the Secretary of State of the quality system approvals issued or withdrawn, and shall, periodically or upon request, make available to the Secretary of State the list of the quality system approvals it has refused, suspended or otherwise restricted.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Each approved body shall inform the other approved bodies of the quality system approvals which it has refused, suspended or withdrawn, and, upon request, of quality system approvals which it has issued.
