  "heading": "UAS.LUC.080 Duration and validity of an LUC",
  "text": "(1) An LUC shall be issued for an unlimited duration. It shall remain valid subject to:\n(a) the LUC holder’s continuous compliance with the relevant requirements of this Regulation and other relevant enactments; and\n(b) it not being surrendered or revoked.\n(2) Upon revocation or surrender of an LUC, the LUC holder shall provide an acknowledgment in digital format that must be returned to the CAA without delay.",
