# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2A: Scope (operations in an enclosed area)


(1.) This Regulation does not apply to operations performed in an area—
(a) which is wholly or mainly enclosed, and
(b) where no uninvolved person is present.
