  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/956\nof 22 May 2019\nconferring protection under Article 99 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the name ‘Los Cerrillos’ (PDO)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007, and in particular Article 99 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with Article 97(2) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, the Commission has examined the application to register the name ‘Los Cerrillos’ sent by Spain and has published it in the Official Journal of the European Union .\n(2)\nNo statement of objection has been received by the Commission under Article 98 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n(3)\nIn accordance with Article 99 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, the name ‘Los Cerrillos’ should be protected and entered in the register referred to in Article 104 of that Regulation.\n(4)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
