# Council Regulation (EU) 2019/998 of 13 June 2019 amending Regulation (EU) No 1388/2013 opening and providing for the management of autonomous tariff quotas of the Union for certain agricultural and industrial products, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2019. However, point (1) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2018.
