  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply to renewal procedures of those active substances for which the approval period expires on or after 13 May 2023.\nIt shall, however, not apply to renewal procedures of such active substances for which supplementary dossiers have already been submitted before the date of adoption of this Regulation.",
