  "text": "The Member States and the Commission shall use the global warming potentials listed in Annex I to this Regulation for the purpose of determining and reporting greenhouse gas inventories data pursuant to paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999.",
