  "text": "Regulation (EU) 2017/2454 is amended as follows:\n(1) in Article 1, point (7) is amended as follows:\n(a) in point (a), the heading of Section 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘ Provisions applicable from 1 January 2015 until 30 June 2021 ’;\n(b) point (b) is amended as follows:\n(i) the heading of Section 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘ Provisions applicable from 1 July 2021 ’;\n(ii) Article 47a is replaced by the following:\n‘Article 47a The provisions of this Section shall apply from 1 July 2021.’;\n(2) in Article 2, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:\n‘It shall apply from 1 July 2021.’.",
