  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/116\nof 27 January 2020\nimplementing Article 12(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1770 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1770 of 28 September 2017 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali and in particular Article 12(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 28 September 2017, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2017/1770.\n(2)\nOn 14 January 2020, the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Committee established by paragraph 9 of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2374 (2017) amended the listings of five persons to which the asset freeze applies.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) 2017/1770 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
