Goods delivered to vessels and aircraft as referred to in Section 22 of this Annex, goods delivered to offshore installations as referred to in Section 23(1)(b) of this Annex, and exports of spacecraft to international organisations or space agencies as referred to in Section 25 of this Annex may be excluded from the exchange of statistical information if the partner Member State is not specified.
