# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1197 of 30 July 2020 laying down technical specifications and arrangements pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European business statistics repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics (Text with EEA relevance), Section 29: Application of the coverage rate

Member States shall ensure that the statistical information referred to in Article 11(2) of Regulation 2019/2152 and set out in Article 12(1) of Regulation 2019/2152, covers at least 95 % of the value of the total intra-Union exports of goods of each Member State to the sum of all other Member States together, over each reference year.
