# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1197 of 30 July 2020 laying down technical specifications and arrangements pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European business statistics repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics (Text with EEA relevance), Division 3: For the purpose of this paragraph, ‘consignment’ means all transactions during the reference month which are subject of the same invoice.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States may grant the following simplifications to small and medium-sized traders, or for consignments whose value is less than EUR 1 000:
(a) the reporting units may report the statistical information on the commodity without breakdown;
(b) Member States may exempt the reporting units from providing the statistical information on the quantity of the goods, the country of origin and the nature of transaction.
