Section 36 Data protection

With regard to the processing of personal data within the framework of this Annex, the NSAs shall carry out their tasks for the purposes of this Annex in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679f1.

With regard to the processing of personal data by the Commission (Eurostat) within the framework of this Annex, it shall comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725f2.
