Article 33 Cooperation with Member States

1.
Member States shall:
(a)
participate in the review pursuant to the schedule set out in Annex XXII;
(b)
nominate a National contact point for the Union’s review;
(c)
participate in and facilitate the organisation of an in-country visit, if needed;
(d)
provide answers and additional information and comment on the review reports as relevant.
2.
Upon request by the Member States, the Commission shall include comments regarding the review findings in the final review report referred to in Article 32.
3.
The Commission shall inform the Member States of the composition of the technical experts review team selected pursuant to Article 30.
