The undertaking invoices listed in the Annex are declared invalid.

2.

Those undertaking invoices shall not be accepted by customs authorities as commercial invoices pursuant to Annex V to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/367 and Annex 4 t Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/366.
