# Council Regulation (EU) 2020/123 of 27 January 2020 fixing for 2020 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Union waters and, for Union fishing vessels, in certain non-Union waters, Article 2: Scope

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation applies to the following vessels:
(a) United Kingdom fishing vessels;
(b) third-country vessels in United Kingdom waters.
2. This Regulation also applies to recreational fisheries where such fisheries are expressly referred to in its relevant provisions.
