  "text": "Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1413\nof 29 June 2020\ncorrecting the Swedish language version of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures\n(Text with EEA relevance)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, and in particular Article 53(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Swedish language version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 contains an erroneous value in the first and second rows of Category Chronic 3, in point (b)(iii) in Table 4.1.0 of Annex I.\n(2)\nThe Swedish language version of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
