  "text": "By way of derogation from point (c) of Article 1(2) of this Regulation, for a period of 24 months from 10 November 2021, where in a Member State the threshold of total consideration for the publication of a prospectus in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 is below EUR 5 000 000, this Regulation shall apply in that Member State only to crowdfunding offers with a total consideration up to the amount of that threshold.",
