  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1578\nof 29 October 2020\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 of 1 October 2015 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi, and in particular Article 13(4) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 1 October 2015, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2015/1755.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review by the Council, the information concerning two natural persons in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 should be amended.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
