Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/977 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Article 1(7), the date ‘30 September 2020’ is replaced by ‘1 February 2021’;

2. (2)

   Article 3 is amended as follows:

   1. (a)

      in the second and fifth paragraphs, the date ‘30 September 2020’ is replaced by ‘1 February 2021’;

   2. (b)

      in the third paragraph, the date ‘31 December 2020’ is replaced by ‘1 February 2021’.
