  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1695\nof 12 November 2020\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 of 23 March 2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Regulation (EU) No 961/2010, and in particular Article 46(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 March 2012 the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.\n(2)\nOn 18 June 2020 the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2020/847.\n(3)\nFollowing the judgment of the General Court in Case T-490/18, Neda Industrial Group should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.\n(4)\nAnnex IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
